Just to inform you they are not considered hot tubs, they are just regular bath tubs that are just located on the terrace part of the room. They are currently not for operational use at the moment due to COVID and its winter season.

The resort fee which is $35 is a mandated fee for all guest. Its a non refundable fee that allows you access to the wifi and access to the public areas in the hotel despite of COVID.
