What guests loved:
Good location to times square and in the middle of the city.
Areas for improvement:
Bathroom could of been a little cleaner. Has mold in some areas. Also the heat would not go past 66° even with it set on 72°

Great location to time square and staff were very nice
Areas for improvement:
Parking not exclusive to the hotel, we were told parking lot right below the hotel was full and had to find parking elsewhere. There were also no microwave or fridge available in the room
